Repair & rebuild

Machine down?
Send us the cylinder.

We rebuild hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders — ours or anyone's. Free teardown evaluation, a written quote before a single seal is touched, and a pressure test before it ships back. You approve the number, or you don't. Simple.

What happens to your cylinder

Six steps, and you approve the money one before we cut.

  1. 01

    Teardown & inspection

It comes apart on the bench. We measure the bore, rod, and every seal surface, and find what actually failed — not just what's leaking.

  2. 02

    Written quote

You get a written quote: what needs replacing, what can be reused, honed or re-chromed, and the cost. No surprises, no verbal-only numbers.

  3. 03

    Your approval

Nothing gets rebuilt until you say go. If the quote doesn't make sense against a new unit, we'll tell you that too.

  4. 04

    Rebuild

New seals, and whatever else the quote called out — hone, re-chrome the rod, or machine new parts in-house. Rebuilt to the original spec, or better.

  5. 05

    Proof test

It gets pressure-tested before it ships, same as anything new we build. The test result goes in the crate with it.

  6. 06

    Ship it back

Crated and back to your dock. If you're down and waiting on it, ask about expedite when you send it in.

Turnaround

Every rebuild ships with a turnaround window we confirm with your written quote. We commit to it in writing on your quote, not before we've seen the cylinder.

Expedite

If your line is stopped, say so. Ask about expedite when you send it in or call — we'll tell you straight whether we can move it up.

A few lines and a photo of the nameplate is enough to get it on the bench. No obligation — the teardown evaluation and written quote are free. Rather talk it through?(936) 858-4426, the shop answers.

Repair evaluation request

Leaking, drifting, bent rod, seized — whatever you're seeing. If you know the bore/stroke, drop it in here too.

Free evaluation, no obligation. If it's cheaper to build new, we'll say so.
